Getting Into iLo through EFI - RX 2600

Hey everyone, i need to know, can i get into the MP through EFI? I am currently connected with VGA or local console to the EFI. The VGA port comes out of the management card. Please help. Thanks!

Accessing the MP in rx2600:
1) Local Console Serial Port
2) Lan Connection
3) Modem Connected inrs232 Port.
