HP BL860i2 in c7000, cannot connect to iLO, even after reset

I couldn't get the "telnet" sessions to clear (nobody was even using the device) so I couldn't bring up a serial console to perform a reinstall. So I tried to power it down (press and hold)... but that did not work. So I logged into the OA via SSH and did a "reset server 7" (ours is in the double high at 7). I've tried resetting it this way now many times... yet now iLO cannot be used... it just hangs indefintely (web page just hangs). Any ideas on how to solve this?

What OA version is running?

Actually... I just wasn't patient enough... not sure how long it takes, but it came back after a very long time (10 minutes or more). So... all is ok. My error.
