Hello Bob,
I did notice on the motherboard that there is a solder on port to reprgram the FPGA, so it looks like that would be the only option if that is the case. Unfortunately I do not know if that is something that is documented.
Is there anything short of completely replacing the motherboard that could be tried at this point?

I don't think the BMC firmware is just somehow "disappeared", but the controller has failed and cannot work. I'm sure you need to replace the board.

I have identical problem, but the HP integrity rx2660 shut down and is stuck.
Only shows "_" blinking.
Someone help please

Hi,
Please check the MP Logs for the current status.
You Can see the MP console by pressing CTRL+B , then login to same to view logs.
