HP-UX 11.23 U installation on Rx2620 problem

Hi everybody
I am gonig to install HP-UX 11.23 U on the Rx2620.but i have a problem:
After rebooting system everything is ok but after this section system does not continue:

Was there OS installed previously on the Server or is it a brand new server with basic components installed at factory?

Seems to be that you are manually choosing boot path by interrupting normal boot.If its a new installation and you are doing it from CD/DVD, then select the appropriate path for CD/DVD in 'Boot Menu'.

As suggested earlier, this appears to be a issue where multiple console devices are selected. This will cause the "initial" boot messages to be displayed on all selected devices (MP/iLO VGA, MP/iLO Serial, standard Serial), but once console control is handed off to the kernel, the boot progress can appear to hang on all but the "primary" console.

Where is your console connected?

Use the Console Configuration menu from the Boot Configuration menu to select only the desired console.

With the newer menu, it will show options similar to below. In my case(and this is teh default), the MP/iLO serial port is Primary, VGA is Secondary and the Std Serial is Not Configured. In this case, the "HPUX" console output will go to MP Serial port (and MP lan if using telnet).

Keep in mind, with HPUX 11.23, if MP Serial is selected, as either Primary or Secondary, the HPUX console output will still be displayed on the MP serial port. That is even if VGA is set to Primary.

Typically you will see a message something like the following:

Hi Guys
Thank you very much.
My issue is solved with connection to the serial port.befor that i was using from managment card(console/remote/ups) on the server side.and when the server did check the serial port,found it null and did not continue.
