Hello.
We have HP rx2620 server that is stuck on startup.
After some time, appears:
"BC was not started. BC was not started."
Is there any way to fix the issue?
We have already replaced button cell.
But it did not change anything.
Thank you

SolutionYou can try to pull the power plug for some minutes ... otherwise the board is faulty.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: HP rx2620 boot issue
Hello, Torsten.
Thank you for your help.
We tried to pull out power plug for some minutes and boot the server, however, it didn't change the state.
The board must be failed and cannot work.
We will purchase another server.
Thanks for your help,
Tsuyoshi
