HP rx4640 11.23 booting failed with system crash
my server failed to boot up with the below message. Hope you could provide some advice. Something to configure at EFI manager? Hope not, not too sure how to do that.. Thanks for your help in advance...
This was after the following steps i did.
1. working condition
2. shutdown server
3. Boot up to secondary disk only
4. Boot up failed
5. Boot up to primary disk only
6. Success.. Uptime for 30 mins
7 Shutdown
8. Boot up from primary disk only
9 Boot up failed with same error.
10 Boot up with both disks in.
11. Bootup failed with same error.
Please refer to crash messages below.

What was the last change? any patching?
This can be happen becasue of multiple reasons.
Probably driver issue/compatibility, card compatibilities,
which is your current consol?

Yes. Patches were applied. I checked the usual readmes and special installation instructions, though i could have missed out something. So, I broke mirror and patched the primary disk. But as described above, both primary and secondary disk failed to boot up. Besides, after patching, the primary disk managed to boot up and start cluster. Other cluster server after patch, also managed to boot up currently.
I unplucked the Fibre at though network is still on during the tries..

Also, i was unable to boot to single user mode.
You think booting to another kernel config at the HPUX> will help?
This server is part of a db cluster...
