Re: HP rx5670 with SmartArray 431
Hi,
The supported options for SA on rx5670 are dependent on the OS to be used.
You can verify at
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/DriverDownload.jsp?prodNameId=88844〈=en&cc=us&taskId=135&prodSeriesId=447334&prodTypeId=15351
The SAs supported by the HP 9000/Integrity server are listed in the following support matrix
http://docs.hp.com/en/SM-20050510/raidcombinedsupportmatrix.htm
The Firmware requirement for the PCI I/O adapters if you would be using HP-UX
http://docs.hp.com/en/5449/System_Firmware_Matrix_4-8.html
Take a look at the supported options for rx5670
http://www2.itrc.hp.com/service/cki/docDisplay.do?docLocale=en_US&docId=200000079788102
I don't see support for SA431 on this server for an OS.
