How to change Creator Product Name on RX7620

We have a system that is showing up as a RP7420. HP came in and changed the model string to RX7620 but now the Creator Product Name is still RP7420 and we can not use the Smart Setup Disk to install windows until the system thinks it is a RX7620

HP doesn't know what the issue is. I was hoping someone here might have experience with an issue like this.

I don't know what happens if you answer with yes here:

MP:CM> id

This command allows you to change certain server identification values.

I'm also not sure what the result would be, but try to display this from EFI shell:

Shell> sysmode service
Shell> sysset
Shell> sysmode Admin

Hi Eric,

Torsten is right but doing the changes to creator product name If you answer y to modify, you will be presented with a LockWord that will require the sskey tool on a laptop for this i would recommend you to contact HP again you will not get this support online only a HP engineer is entitled to this activity.
