How to create the fs partitions in EFI shell

Hello Gurus,

Could you pls tell how to create the fs partitions in EFI shell?
is it creating from inside unix?or frm EFI only and how/?
eg. fs0 : Acpi(HWP0002,100)/Pci(1|0)/Scsi(Pun0,Lun0)/HD(Part1,Sig32CE40B4-A8EC-11DC-8002-D6217B60E588)
