This could be quite easy or really complicated, depends on your config.

 

Start with posting the output of

 

# ioscan -fn

 

Make sure it is readable here in the forum, not a single line or something ...

Where is the defective disk?
Inside the server or inside the MSA?

What is the result of

# sautil /dev/ciss4

# saconfig /dev/ciss4

the internal disk ID1 has failed.

just replace it, that's it.

check progress with same command.

i already replaced 146GB HDD, aftre replacing it's shows this
