ILO/MP login issues and ghost ID's

I am trying to setup my login for the Management Port and for an ilo in a blade chassis with a bl860. I see that it is created in a couple other chassis at both  locations, but on this one If i go to create an ID for the MP it says it already exists. Not sure why.

If i creat it at the ILO/Chassis level it works for the chassis, but then it doesnt work on the MP. Is there a way to fix this or setup 1 id to do both???

Just to let everyone know what i did to fix this, I had to shutdown the server, do an e-fuse on the blade itself, and once it was powered back up, i was able to add the mp login to the server and then the ILO ID and all works great.
