ILO on rx3600 not responding via browser and partial via telnet

Hi, ILO on rx3600. I attempted to connect using the browser, it allows the log in but upon loading the web page: system status summary tab, the browser hangs.
I successfully telneted to the device and the VFP returns an "unknown" for all the data and a status of "Communication problem with BMC".

I would like to hear some advice on problem solving this issue. It was working before and no changes to the rx3600 have been made.

Is there any side effect to executing the RB command to reset the BMC service or an XD for the ILO MP? Would a reboot of the ILO be in order?
