Integrity rx3600/6600 4.32 Firmware ISO will not load!!!

I downloaded the Integrity rx3600/6600 4.32 Firmware ISO from your website and burned the image using two different PC's, two different types of CD media and two different burning softwares (Roxio and ImgBurn) and neither of the CDs will not load on an Integrity rx6600.  I get a message that says "Load of Internal Bootable DVD has failed: not found".  I have created a disk with the 4.30 version and it works fine, so something MUST be wrong with the 4.32 ISO file.  Can someone please confirm this and let me know where I can download a working version of the 4.32 ISO.  Thanks!

Cannot confirm because I never used the ISO.

Consider to download the EFI bundle, unpack, copy to an USB stick and update from there.

This always worked for me.

You can copy the peripheral firmware (if needed) to the same device.

Since I'm not HP-UX savvy, I would rather use the ISO since it is more user friendly.

I am working with HP now to try and figure out why the ISOs will not boot.  They sent another file and I'm still having the same issue.

It is not hp-ux related, you can prepare the USB from any PC, plug it in the server , stop at EFI and run the update.

Please tell us if you succesful update the fw, also be remembered to format the usb in fat32 if you are using usb to update the fw through efi terminal. Btw, can i have the  shared link for the fw because my product warranty was expired and i need to update the fw, thanks in advanced.
