Integrity server iLO 2 Virtual media

Hello,

Is it possible to mount an integrity iLO2 virtual media by using a script? In other words, what is the CLI command used to mount virtual media, if any exists?
I am trying to install HP-UX of an ISO image, but I would like to script this process.

You need to present the virtual media, then detect it at EFI level and boot from - where should your script run? On EFI level?

You can automate the install with ignite server, but IMHO not from an ISO.

Hello,

you need to go through a lot of options in the installation interface and I doubt that this can be scripted. If you are deploying a bunch of servers, then you should use an ignite server.

You can connect virtual media via the cli if you have the iLO2 Advanced licensing enabled. The commands should be "vm cdrom insert URL_TO_ISO" and "vm cdrom set connect".
