<<<
The following line is important:
processor family: 32 Intel(R) Itanium 2 9000 series
Intel named the Montecito CPU family "9000",
see
http://www.intel.com/products/processor_number/chart/itanium2.htm
Previous model is for example:
processor family: 31 Intel(R) Itanium 2 Family Processors
Thanks,
Johnson

0x1F 0x02 Itanium 2 Madison 9M, Fanwood
0x20 0x00 Itanium 2 9000 series Montecito
Family 32 is Montecito, but naming changed - it is now Intel 9000 series
machinfo
CPU info:
1 Intel(R) Itanium 2 9000 series processor (1.4 GHz, 12 MB)
399 MT/s bus, CPU version C2

Re: Intel 31 proessor family
The Intel code names are obviously not used by hp for older models.
The quickspecs name these CPUs
...Processor Configuration The HP Integrity rx7620 Server is a symmetrical multiprocessing (SMP) server supporting:
up to 8 high performance 64-bit Intel Itanium 2 1.6-GHz 6-MB cache or 1.5-GHz 4-MB cache processors.
...
http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/11848_div/11848_div.HTML#Configuration
Now it is up to you to find out what the "64-bit Intel Itanium 2 1.6-GHz 6-MB cache" is.
Nowadays this is no longer unique.
With newer system it is a bit easier, see
http://h18000.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/12470_div/12470_div.HTML#Configuration
... Intel Itanium 9150N (Montvale) ...
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
