Is an A5856A PCI RAID card supported in an rx5670 Itanium

I have an rx5670 and I want to know before we buy it if an A5856A PCI RAID card will work in it or if it is supported. I couldn't find anything on Partsurfer.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Dane,

There is no driver for HPUX 1iv2
So it is not supported in an itanium server

Hi,

As Luk said, there is no support for "A5856A" card in HP-UX11v2 and hence it can't be used on an Itanium Server.

If you want use a RAID card on rx5670, your only options are SA6402 and NetRAID-2M

A5856a is not supported on 11i v2 therefore does not workon a rx5670 itanium server.
