Other places to look for performance numbers would include http://www.spec.org/ where you should be able to find SPECcpu figures and SPECweb99_SSL figures for both Itanium2 and PA-RISC. Since you are talking about four-CPU systems, you might want to give preference to the "rate" metrics of SPECcpu2000. There may also be some SPECjbb and/or other SPEC benchmarks with numbers for both Itanium2 and PA-RISC.
If you follow some of the links from http://www.hp.com/go/itanium you may find some whitepapers with other performance metrics in them - particularly the ones for "technical computing" but also some of the ones for commercial.
