I have been all over HPs site and am trying to find new driver and firmware for my Fiber Channel Card. Can anyone help?

Yes, this should be the firmware:
Depending on your server model there is also a bundle for all possible I/O cards, including smart array, LOM, etc ...

Any idea where I can get a copy of the old FW so just in case the new one bricks the card I can roll it back (somehow)?

The older versions are at the revision history web page. Once you really manage to brick the card it is bricked ... but this never happened to me during many, many updates.
