when you login into the console , you can use co to see the partitions name . than you need to select the partition name and than provide the login and password of the server. If you want to come back to console again than use CTRL B and if you want to toggle between the partitions use CTRL A

You can use telnet or ssh-2 to connect to LAN console and for serial you need to use hyperterminal through serial cable.
Here it looks like
root@server1:/root_home> telnet server2_gsp
Trying...
Connected to b1_gsp.
Escape character is '^]'.
Local flow control off
MP login: Admin
MP password:
* Your connection is via Telnet. For improved security this MP *
* now supports SSH-2. Telnet can be disabled via the SA command. *
