Just like to get some tips,
when connecting to MP with putty .. via telnet, are there any "preferred setting" for Integrity or Risc cell based servers ,
I would be using putty from Vista regards to settings windows columns rows 26 etc
and control h for backspace
Basically so the putty screen shows a lot of lines without corruption/ glitches ,and max amount of line possible on screen ,
I would be getting cell & cabinet info from MP with CP PS commands etc
they show a sketch i would like to keep that in the putty log in the correct format, (so it looks clear and does not move the lines across
as this out put will be saved to putty logs for referance,

Re: MP .. putty
I use Putty pretty much "out of the box" from XP for MP access with any issues. When using serial ports, keep XON/XOFF flow control and you should be fine.
