Whether Memory DIMMs with Part no AB564A can be installed on rx2660 servers.

I think the answer is yes, as as far as I can tell:

AB564A - 4 x 1GB PC2-4200 R Memory for rx3600/rx6600
AD274A - 2 x 1GB PC2-4200 R Memory for rx2660

i.e. they are just different quanitites of the same DIMMs. This is borne out by the replacement codes in the rx2660 manual:

This is also confirmed if you search on the 2 part numbers in partsurfer.hp.com

I will make no comment on what this means to your warranty though
