Memory Installation in rx6600
Hi,
I am having a rx6600 servers with 48 DIMM slots. I have received 12 *4GB and 12 * 2GB Memory modules.
In which order i have to install the memory modules in the memory slots?

First install the larger dimm quads, then the smaller quads.

There are 48 Dimm slots, 24 on each side. How i can distribute 12 *4Gb and 12 *2GB Modules (Total 24) in to the Server. All 4GB modules in one side and all2 GB in the other side?

No.
Install the larger dimm quads on side 0,1 and 0 again, then continue with the smaller dimm quads (1,0,1).

So i have to intsall the memory as follows?
4GB Modules
side0 (0A, 0B,0C,0D), side1 (0A, 0B,0C,0D), side0 (1A, 1B,1C,1D)
2GB Modules
side1 (1A, 1B,1C,1D), side0 (2A, 2B,2C,2D), side1 (2A, 2B,2C,2D)
