Migrate Oracle from SUN to HP

Customer have SUN E12K ((20 Processsor 40 Core) DB size 16TB)*Oracle version 9.2.0.4* and need news one (11g r2 Ent.) Which HP Integrity model to increase speed 4 times. Can i sizing Spec for new HW Spec ? Pls advice.
