Monitoring SDX with Insight Remote Support server

hello, we have deployed several SDX enclosures and added the OA to IRS server at customers site. the SDX documentation instructs to add the OAs. now all the partitions are showing up as unconnected.

DO we need to add these with credentials or will OA do the monitoring and we can ignore / delete the partition entries in the IRS console???

You need to add and configure the OA and each partition.

The Insight-RS " Monitored Devices Configuration Guide" will give you all needed information.
