Moving old I/O cards to new Integrity server

I am thinking of getting a rx8640 server to replace an old rp8400 server. However, I would like to bring over the following two I/O cards to the new rx8640 server;

(1) PCI X A6795A HP Tachyon XL2 Fiber Channel Mass Storage Adapter

(2) PCI X HP A6825-60101 PCI 1000Base-T Adapter.

Does anyone know if these two I/O cards will work with the rx8640 running either v2 or v3?
I will have 4 nPars with two each of the above cards in the nPars.

Thx in advance.

Sameer seems to have addressed the supported-ness of those cards. I will simply ask if you are satisfied with the performance of those cards - in particular, the later, igelan-driven 1G NICs are a bit "faster" than the old A6825.

The card works fine. I don't have any issues with them. Since I don't have to spend to buy new cards, newer and small speed improvement with the newer cards are non-issue.

Fair enough. Still, it "feels" like connecting soda straws to firehydrants :)
