Need Setupldr.efi patch for slipstreaming Win2003 SPI
Does anyone has the patch that is highlighted in article KB907011 ?

As mentioned in the same article, this patch which is a Hotfix and is only available from Microsoft. Similarly this hotfix may require additional testing.
Usually, re-destribution of hotfix is not legal unless you obtain legal consent from Microsoft. Even if you get it from other sources, it may not resolve your issue.
This maybe a reason, it is not put up for public download as it is in proces of getting tested and comeup with final version. This final version would be included later in next windows distribution.
To obtain this hotfix, you have to contact Microsoft product support services.
