Npar configuration question

After recently creating a 2nd npar I have found that it only sees one hard drive by default. However I have both internal drives installed. The system only sees the internal scsi path 0/0/0/3.

I have included detailed information about the system firmware and verbose output from parstatus.

The exact command ran when creating the new npar.
parcreate -P client -c 0:::

Forgot to connect the internal scsi bus for the new npar internally.
