One single OS server with all the 4 cells in the RX8640
Hi,
I want to be able to combine all the 4 cell boards in my RX8640 into a single server so that my OS would take advantage and run on all and maximum of resources: 16 processors and 512GB of memory.
Do I need any license for that purpose ?
Best Regards

Re: One single OS server with all the 4 cells in the RX8640
No license requried in terms of hardware if that is purchased. You can make a single npar with all the cell boards in that.
If your Os is licensed for specific number of cpus, you may want to get additional license.
