Partition0 in the rx8620 complex is not powering up

I tried everything to power up the cell0 or partition0, but it is not coming up.
I tried PE; PARTMGR gui web interface; physically removing power cords from the complex; etc ... but still partition0 is not comming up.
What should I do next , please ?

Read the MP logs in order to find the problem or involve hp support.

Also check if the PDC firmware is the latest.

Sure you have a problem with cell 0 - or is it cell 1?

Cell 1 is installed, powered of and does not belong to a partition.

Would you run the "ps" command against the cell please?

So your problem is with cell 1?

As long as this cell does not belong to a partition, you should be able to power it, but not boot ...


Anyway, what CPUs are installed?
