Problem upgrading MP firmware on rx5670

I have an HP rx5670 with Management Processor firmware version E.02.10 and I am having problems upgrading it to E.02.23.

I downloaded the PF_CEVERMPE023.tar.gz file and extracted the files onto our ftp site in a directory called E0223. When I attempt to upgrade via the MP XU command it tells me that it succesfully retrieved the file and it programmed the ROM 100%.

However I then get a message saying "Could not find upgrade file set on source system", and "MP firmware upgrade was NOT successful", and finally "check parameters and try again".

From the documentation it looks like it does the retrieve/program ROM three times so I guess I am either missing some files or I do not have the directory on the ftp site correct.

Does anyone have an idea on what the problem might be?

In case anyone is interested, I found out that my ftp site was timing-out and dropping the connection. This problem has been resolved.
