Problem with boot from DVD my rx7640

Hi
I have new rx7640 and I try boot and install HPUX 11.31 but during boot (EFI)I have mesage

"Selected boot option: Internal DVD (Upper) Cabinet 0 [Acpi(HWP0002,PNP0A03,100)/Pci(3|1)/Scsi(Pun2,Lun0)]

Loading.: Internal DVD (Upper) Cabinet 0 [Acpi(HWP0002,PNP0A03,100)/Pci(3|1)/Scsi(Pun2,Lun0)]

Load of Internal DVD (Upper) Cabinet 0 [Acpi(HWP0002,PNP0A03,100)/Pci(3|1)/Scsi(Pun2,Lun0)] failed: Not Found

Press any key to continue"

What you think about my problem?How can i sove this problem?Please help me.Thanks a lot for help.

Do you have the cd in the upper internal drive? Or should it be the lower?

I have in internal drive media DVD (HP Mission Critical 11.31 DVD 1 of 2)

Go to EFI shell and run

Shell> reconnect -r
Shell> map -r

Do you see any fs_: entries, e.g. fs0:> ?

mount /dev/dsk/c5t2d0 /dvdrom
/dev/dsk/c5t2d0: I/O error

Check if you can read / mount the media in another system (you can even try it in your PC).
