Please refer to the attachment and let me know steps to perform the action plan as per mentioned in the attachment, What's the resolution based on the case . thank you very much. Your effort shall be highly appreciated.

Hi,
I do feel the cause of the hang is the unknown target being directed by those SCSI commands.
The unknown target is using LSI 53C1030 ( scsi5 ) Controller on channel 0 , SCSI ID 1 , LUN 0 .
I guess the unknown device is connected externally like the DDS4 drive.
Do you have other externally connected device on the external SCSI port of the LSI 53C1030 based PCI SCSI HBA ?
Remove such device and check if the system could boot normal.
