(It would be helpful if you included your server type rx6600 in your message too.)

Re: ROM revision not equal to Rev block

Both servers have old firmware, the first has a mismatch between 2 versions.

Current is

PF_CRUSASYS0415EFI.tar.gz ((27 Jul 2010)
========================================

MP FW : F.02.25
BMC FW : 05.26
EFI FW : ROM A 07.14, ROM B 07.14
System FW : ROM A 04.15, ROM B 04.15, Boot ROM A

UCIO FW : 03.0b
PRS FW : 00.08 UpSeqRev: 0c, DownSeqRev: 08

Re: ROM revision not equal to Rev block

Some explanation:

different parts of the firmware are located on different boards inside the system, if you replace a board now (e.g. the PCI or MP board) without checking/updating firmware, you may get such a mismatch.

This may result even in an unbootable system.

As said, get the firmware from web (EFI or ISO file), follow the instructions and update.

Hope this helps!

Torsten.
