Did RX 5670 supported Windows 2008? Please advice. Thanks in advance.

Sorry guy's,

i admit the webste is confusing but the RX5670 does NOT support W2K8.
The list of OS's is a general list used for several servers and does not always reflect the supported OS's for that server.


Pls refer to the document refered to in the first reply which lists the supported servers for W2K8.

It looks like you are correct. If you click on the link it just provides firmware patches for UPS. I.e. patches for the hardware.

I cannot believe that some of you link ancient specification documents, which only list HP-UX 11iv2 and Windows 2000 as supported OS...

Would it be possible to run Windows 2008 in an Integrity VM 4.0?
In this case, the supported hardware is virtual.

In fact, the unsupported OS links shouldn't appear at the BSC website for a particular system. HP BSC website doesn't seem to be managed well and is messed up at various places.

I think there should be a link or online document for Windows certified and supported matrix for Integrity like they have for Linux.
