RX 8620 Server cpu fan replacement..

Hi guys,

               First of all i would like give a big thanks to all for your great support. 

Now one of my RX 8620 server having some problem, its shows its cpu fan failed. When i see the server cell board one fan is not working. Now i just want to replace the same, but unfortunately we dont have the stock of the particular part number. We having cpu fan of server RP 7410 and its seems physically same and in part surf its also suggested one. So i just wanna no whether it is compatible or not. The details regarding the parts are mentioned below. Please suggest me soluton.

Hi Renjith,

the CPU fan for the rp7410 and rp8400 is not a field replaceable unit.
This changed with the newer generations of those servers (rp7420, rp7440, rp8420 & rp8440).
You need to order the correct fan part. Note that part A6436-67001 is no longer supplied. Please order the replacement, AB388-00005.
