SolutionYou have to restore the Boot entry by using the NVRboot utility from Microsoft.
It's placed on the EFI partition in the MSUtil directory.
You have to import your boot0000 file. It's probably in \efi\microsoft\winnt50\boot0000.
So the steps are:
1: change to EFI partition (e.g. fs0:)
2: locate your bootXXXX file (probably boot0000, default location is /efi/microsoft/winnt50
3: cd /MSutil
4: run NVrboot.efi
5: choose I(mport) to import /efi/microsoft/winnt50/boot0000 (or wherever the file is located)
6: Quit
7: type exit to leave the EFI shell en enter the boot menu
8: choose the Windows boot entry
9: enjoy
Marco.
