Hi,
I can't see where I set the SNMP trap destination and community string on the MP on an RX4640. I have set the host OS level SNMP settings no problem but want to provide hardware level trapping. Within "CM" - "ID" - I can set the snmp contact details and server information but that's all. Any ideas?
Thanks for any assistance.
Jason

Solution
Did you try
MP -> CM -> SNMP
You have to have iLO MP E.03.30 version installed to do SNMP configuration.
Refer this link as well.

Re: RX4640 SNMP trap and community setting on MP
Thanks for the info on the MP FW, that might explain it (We are only running E.03.15).
Is the SNMP config performed at the CM level or via a browser to the MP?
Regards
Jason

SNMP configuration could be done via
MP -> CM -> SNMP

as well as
Web Graphical Interface as mentioned at
