Replacement of Motherboard on Integrity RX 2660
I replaced a motherboard on integrity rx 2660 it could not see the boot device. I performed the reconnect -r and fso: command so that it could see the SAS drivers but it could not.
Please what are the ways or steps you think can help me make the motherboard to see the HDD where the OS is residing?

Re: Replacement of Motherboard on Integrity RX 2660
Do you have a hardware RAID configured? Check if it is inactive and activate it, if needed.
Use the offline configuration method to access the interface.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: Replacement of Motherboard on Integrity RX 2660
Your RAID volume may be inactivated if the original motherboard had the old SAS controller firmware. See document below.
http://docs.hp.com/en/14556/sas_fw_update-e3.pdf
This problem would happen regardless of the OS type.
Run offline configuration tool from EFI and check the RAID status. If your RAID appears correctly, it may be inactivated even though the original RAID was activated. I attach a document for the raid volume activation. It is packaged in the SAS contoleer firmware package for 01.23.33.
If your RAID does not appear correctly, follow the instruction written on the document sas_fw_update-e3.pdf.
