Rx 2620: can't create logocal disks

Here is one more problem with rx2620.
While trying to create logical drive system show the message that it can't determine physical drives. But all physical drives are claerly installed.
Plz, help me to solve this problem.

What steps have you done?
Any raid controller involved?

Specification of my server:
System Firmware Revision: 4.21
BMC: 4.03
MP: E.03.30
Smart_Array 6400-128
SCSI Ultra 320 Core-IO

The problem appear when I follow next steps:
- booting the server;
- open "EFI Shell [Built_in]";
- press "F8" button;
- in "Option Rom Configuration for
Arrays" choose "Create logical drives";
- so system gives me the next message:
"There are no available physical
drives".

P.S. My server is new. So there is no OS on it and hard drives have no file system.

2 possible reasons for this:

1) logical drives are already confiured (select view)

2) internal disks are not connected to this controller

1. If I press "View", i receive the same message.
2. All hard drives are installed well. System can identify them (for example, when booting the server, on a screan I can see the information about hard drives), but when I try to create logical disks, the previous message apear.

Did you check if they are connected to the samrtarray controller or to the "normal" SCSI controller?
What message can you see?

1. There are three hard drives that connected with SCSI controller.
2. "There are no available physical
drives" - it's the message which gives me the system when I try to create logical disk.
I don't think that the problem is in hardware.

It's not more clear now.

By default all 3 disks are connected to 2 internal scsi controllers (not RAID).

Now you can order a smartarray controller like the sa640x. You can connect the internal drives now to the raid controller or not!
Here you have the choice to use only 1 channel with the 2 lower disks or use both channels (the 2. for the upper disk).

If not, the smartarray can't find the drives, of course.

I've solved my problem useing your documentation.
All I have to do is to connect hard drives directly to the PCI card.
