SMS to JTAG sx2000 tests

A customer's SMS is connected to the sx2000.
But I would like to install a SMS software in my MS-Windows laptop.
(to get the /opt/directory & JET, JUST, utilities)
This will allows me to perform JTAG tests, "targetzone", whatever the customer's SMS status.
Note: I have no access to the HP intranet, and so I would like to get a public HP web address to do the installation.
