The superdome sx2000 (NOT superdome 2) can have PA-RISC PA8800/PA8900 or Itanium CPUs (e.g. Intel Itanium II series 9000/9100).

You can even mix them in a single complex, but not in a single nPar.

I did see specs in a document somewhere for performance data on a Superdome2 SX2000 vs SX3000 (I think) - but I don't really think that it is orderable. If so, I can't imagine why you would.
