Can you specify the model of the server and what is the current state of the server is it running or not?
And paste a little more from the MP log.

SolutionA single error can produce a lot of entries in the logs - all related to the problem (more or less), but sometimes only one of them points to the problem directly.
So some more information is needed.
It could be always a good idea to contact the hp support directly.

BTW, when U opens a new thread please pass entire information (Ex. System Model, OS version etc.)

I am not sure which Integrity server Ur using, please check the above link & find out Ur required system and select the OS then check the latest firmware is available there.
