Dear team,

I had checked the status of FC cards, all are showing online and there is no any hardware failure. Deatails regarding the message is given below. Please help me to resolve the issue. Suggest me the reason for genarating the error.

Re: Server FC Card problem on RX 8620

There could be something bad in the path to the device(s), e.g. bad cable, bad switch port, etc ...).

I would have a look at the switch porterrshow, for example.

Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: Server FC Card problem on RX 8620

If you dont see any error at the OS level, then problem mus be outside the box...

Look at the switch/storage side to check if any recent acvity happened like switch re-config, SFP, cable change, port change, disk replacement, etc...

Rgds...
