USB extension on rx2660 with HPUX-11i v2

I have a rx2660 host that was running fine with a USB mouse and keyboard connected directly to the host itself.
We had to move to another site and now the console is not close to the host. So we installed a USB extender for the console, the keyboard and the mouse.
We tested the USB extension (through a UTP cable) and it works fine for one of our WEB server.

During the boot process (EFI menu), the keyboard is fully available (selection with the arrow keys).
Yet, after the HP-UX system is boot I can not connect to the console since the keyboard and the mouse are not responding.

From a remote host, when I run the 'ioscan' command, I get :

The USB-00 bundle release is C.01.04.07
Why are the keyboard and mouse not working ?
Is there any patch or new bundle release to correct the problem ?

I tried to uninstall the USB-00 to go back to the legacy USB driver but at that time, I do not have the keyboard and mouse available and the DVD drive was no more displayed in the 'ioscan' command.

Any suggestion is welcome.

As far as I know, there are supported devices with the USB driver. The version installed is USB 2.0 HS. Saying that the driver support some specific devices not just anything.

Are you using the USB extender consists on a Send/Receive units? It maybe a case where the USB driver is failed to identify the h/w inside this unit, maybe powered USB HUB?

What's the distance between the host and the console?

What's the hardware of the webserver which work with this USB extender?

The DVD drive on this server won't work with the legacy USB driver.

The USB extender that we use is composed of a local and a remote unit. The local unit is powered by the USB port of the rx2660. The remote unit is powered by a dedicated power supply. The reference is Black box 724-748-550.

What do you mean by 'maybe powered USB HUB?'

The distance between the host and the console is about 10 meters.

The same USB extender is working fine with a web server DL380 G4.

It is also running fine with a rx1620 with the legacy USB drivers.
