Unable to use all three pci-x slots in rx2660

I have a rx2660 with a duo lan-card installed in slot 3 (266MHz). I wanted to add two FC cards (133MHz) and placed those in the two available slots. Slot 2 is a 133Mhz and slot 1 is a 266Mhz one. With this configuration the server would not boot. It gave me PCI_Parity_errors. Swapping the cards around, it looks like the problem is in placing one FC-card in a 133MHz slot and the other one in a 266Mhz slot. Is this expected behavior? What might be the reason for this?

Can you tell the product# of the HBAs?

Are they seated properly?

What happens, if you try one by one (maybe 1 card is bad?)

Product number: AD193AR (Combo-card). I have tried the cards one by one in both slot 1 and 2. And they worked. So the cards and the slots are ok. I removed the lan-card and placed the fc-cards in slot 1 and slot 3. That worked also.
It is not a showstopper, because in the end I can remove the lan-card and work with the two fc-cards in slot 1 and 3. The lan-card is now used for an iscsi-connection, but it will be replaced by the FC-connection to a san.

The support matrix says the number of installed cards in this system is only limited by the number of slots.

Minimum adapter firmware is FW 4.00.90
and EFI 1.09. that's it.
Make sure the driver (both, network and FC) is up to date.
