Upgrading EFI Firmware?

Turns out our 'new' rx4640 needs an EFI firmware upgrade to work with our KVM switch and Linux. However, when I go to HP's site, the EFI Firmware is not listed there as a possible download. What do I need to get this firmware and how do I perform the upgrade? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Re: Upgrading EFI Firmware?

Hi,

the EFI Firmware does not come as a single image but only bundled with PAL, SAL and BMC Firmware.
You can downloadload the Firmware (either EFI Executable or iso image) from www.hp.com ("rx4640 System and BMC firmware"):

best regards
