Re: Voltage error???

Shalom,

If you are on UPS, check the batteries. If not, you have a power problem, either due to building power or a situation with your power supplies.

It needs to be investigated and corrected.

Re: Voltage error???

Hi,

can u log on to GSP and check the status of power supply.becaz normally rx4640 have redundant powersupply unit,if one fails ,normally will give alerts and check server VFU also for any attention LED blinking.if Attention LED blinking ,then check for the Logs in GSP.

Re: Voltage error???

Hi Mark,

this is NOT an error related to the power supplies. It means that the sensor for the 1.5 V circuit on the I/O baseboard did not report Power Good anymore. The result was that the BMC shut down the system power to prevent damage (could be a hint on a shorted circuit ...).
This could be due to a failed component on that board. I would strongly recomend to call HP support and let them analyze this problem.

best regards

Stefan
