Web Access disabled in HP Integrity BL860c
Could anyone help on how to enable web access in my HP Integrity BL860c Server. And also, telnet is disabled. How would I reset the configuration to default.
Thanks a lot....

Re: Web Access disabled in HP Integrity BL860c
You are talking about access on the OS level? And you are running 11i V3?
I think you may have enabled a high security level for bastille during the OS install.
Have a look at the output of
# bastille -l
If I'm wrong in my above assumptions please add more info about your setup of this blade.
Best regards,
Robert-Jan

Re: Web Access disabled in HP Integrity BL860c
This is a new server. I haven't installed an OS yet. If im going to access the ILO of Bl860 using onboard administrator, it says that web access is disabled and even if i will open telnet session it won't connect.
Thanks...

Network Access page 81/82
In this section, an administrator can configure settings relating to network access to the Onboard Administrator. These settings are specific to the enclosure and do not affect the network configurations for
server blades. The Protocol Restrictions subcategory is used to restrict access to the Onboard Administrator. Up to four protocol settings can be selected to allow or restrict access to the Onboard Administrator.

Re: Web Access disabled in HP Integrity BL860c
Refer the link below for details.
http://docs.hp.com/en/AD217-9015B/ch03s06.html
Once connected to iLO through serial port, you can enable the telnet and web access in the LAN Configuration Menu -> the System Administration menu.
