What's the right path to upgrade bl8x0ci2 sfw 01.01 and ilo 01.01 fw?

hi,
I have a bl890c i2 with 4 blade boards.
After I replace the blade system board (the previous was failed), I saw system firmware mismatch warming.
Then I tried to upgrade ilo fw via ilo MP cli, but failed.
Is the reason that I should upgrade SFW first, or it doesn't support upgrade ilo from 01.01.02 to 02.01.03 directly?
The other three blades ilo fw is 02.01.03, SFW is 01.98.
The new blade ilo fw is 01.01.02, its SFW is 01.08.

The file is uploaded successfully, then it failed.

Systems updating from firmware version 21.08 or earlier (iLO version 1.30.30 or earlier) to version 26.41 (2014.09) or later will encounter the error “This package is not supported for this hardware”. Workaround: Update first to 26.36 (iLO version 1.55.02) before updating to 26.41 (2014.09) or later.

I have one good news and one bad news.
The ilo fw of blade is upgraded to 1.55.02 successfully via cli.
After the ilo reset, I login and goto CM screen. Then I cannot run any command, and Ctrl+B also didn't work. I re-login, everything is the same.
Then I login ilo via web browser. after submit the SFW fw file, it displayed "A firmware update is in progress". But after wait for half one hour, the SFW fw version of blade 2 is the same as before.

problem is resolved.
1. upgrade ilo fw to 01.55, btw, all blades of the bl890c i2 are upgraded, not only the target blade.
2. re-plug all blades
3. upgrade ilo to 20.01
4. re-plug all blades
5. upgrade SFW to 01.98
