boot failed on rx4640
Hi!
I have a boot problem with a rx4640:
Power LED is flashing yellow
system LED is flashing red
thermal LED is solid green.
On MP the SL command gives:
Log Entry 71: 07 Apr 2005 15:54:02
Alert Level 7: Fatal
Keyword: Type-02 257101 2453761
Missing Entity - 1.2V Status
Logged by: Baseboard Management Controller;
Sensor: Entity Presence
Data2: OEM Code2: 0x01

Hi Matteo,
It looks like you have a power module converter missing or broken.
Please check them, or remove all cpu's but one and check if the system boots.

Hello Matteo,
I suspect that this is a failure on the I/O baseboard, but it is not clear from this log entry. I imaging that you have had to place a hardware service call to resolve this problem. I would be interested to know what the solution was, so we can work to improve the diagnosability of our systems.
